I am a police corporal attached to Anambra state command and serving in Oyi division.I want the president Muhommadu Buhari to help the rank and file in nigeria police to recoverthe full salary of the so call junior officers.According to late president umuaru musa yaradua police corporal full salary is #86,000 but the police authority is paying us #48,245.00 has police corporal. Am appealing that the president should use his good office to correct the wrong.

The Nigerian Police (formally the Nigerian Police Force) is becoming really cool employment-wise. The salary is considerable good. And you’re pretty confident you will get it at the end of every month. This is a post about the Nigerian police ranks and their salaries in 2018.

This is the amount paid as salary to employees of the Nigerian Police force NPF. The ranking of the Nigeria Police runs from "Recruit" all the way up to the Inspector general of Police. The salary increases along that path too. Police Constables got N43,000 in the past. But once the November 2018 new salary arrangement rolls in, Nigerian Police Constables will now get N84,000 monthly. How cool is that?? See the Complete Nigerian Police Salary Structure.

NEW Nigerian Police Salary 2018 Structure

There is a new salary arrangement for the Nigerian Police force as updated November 2018.

Below is the new monthly salary structure has carried by Nigerian news outlets:

Police Constable (PC) II – ₦84,000
Police Constable (PC) – ₦86,000
Sergeant Copral (SC) -₦96,000
Sergeant Major (SM) – ₦119,000
Inspector Of Police (IP) – ₦167,000
Inspector of police (IP) – ₦254,000
Assistant Superintendent of police (ASP) II – N271,000
Assistant Superintendent of police(ASP) l – ₦296,000
Deputy Superintendent of police (DSP) – ₦321,000
Superintendent of Police (SP) – ₦342,000
Chief Superintendent of police (CSP) – ₦419,000
Assistant Commissioner of police (ACP) – ₦483,000
Deputy commissioner of police (DCP) -₦531,000
Commissioner of police (CP) -₦1.5million.

If FAAN securities at the Airports can get furniture allowances,why deprive our police from such entitlement. This is absolute rubbish,police being slave in their mother land. Senators receiving millions as furniture while police die in penury...what a shame. The hatred for our police in this country is so obvious. PMB should act on this.

The life and security of a Nigerian depends on the financial treats given to the police officer. Every officer should be treated financially based on their rank. A constable should be paid his/her right salary, likewise other senior officers. For an effective security in Nigeria, officers of the police force should be paid well.

Mr.President, Iam appealing that you should use your good office to rescue rank and files on the ways our senior officers do exploit us.They don't pay the accurate salary structure,or consider officers that had educational qualification in promotion,there are a lots cheating in the police sir,since we can't complain,they have it all because ours is YES SIR even when you know he is depriving you of your right.And the force personals have no human right the senior always does what pleases him. Sir, on this note I want you to know that we the junior officers appreciate the fight against corruption in Nigeria please don't spare Nigeria Police at apex level because they are the corrupt officers that encourages other officers.Imagine when salary is be paid after two weeks of another month,a patrolmen are not given fuel money,where should the officer in charge get the money to fuel his patrol vehicle?If security personnel is not be paid well he can't protect others well,he being busy thinking how to get money and feed his family,he not concentrate on the job but busy collaborating with criminals to commit crime in order to survive.The criminal in which he supposed to apprehend and charge to court,he compromised with him and money for his family becos he is not well paid.Most a time some of us think to resign,since no other work we continue to mgt it.Thanks for reading my text

Mr. President Sir, may almaighty God protect you, guid and touch you to use your good office and the change agender to reform Nigeria police force in terms of educational qualification and salary structure. Mr. president sir, among the rank and files who are with first degree, NCE, OND, HND etc but joined Nigeria police force through constable cader due to lake of god fatherism are moving on the same promotion with primary seven, six, seconderians etc. This act is killing the moral of those that pass througi the agony of studies before joining the job. d/4 help.
